Booking & Reservations

You can book through our website, WhatsApp, phone call or email. Our team will assist you with destination selection, package details, availability and payment instructions.

Yes. All packages can be customized according to your budget, travel dates, group size, accommodation preference and sightseeing interests.

Yes. We provide private, family, honeymoon, corporate, educational and group tours.

We recommend booking at least 15–30 days in advance. During peak seasons, earlier booking is advisable.

Yes. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability.

Yes. Modifications are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Yes. Additional nights can be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

Yes. Selected hotels, homestays and resorts can be booked separately. Standalone vehicle and transfer services are also available.

Yes. We arrange group tours for families, friends, institutions and organizations.

Yes. Personalized itineraries are one of our core specialties.

Payment & Confirmation

UPI, bank transfer, NEFT, IMPS, cash deposit and approved digital payment methods.

10%–30% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.

Your booking is confirmed after receiving the advance payment and final availability confirmation.

The remaining 70%–90% payment must be cleared during the tour, preferably on the first night or latest by the second day.

No. CallingHills follows a transparent pricing policy.

Special discounts may be available for large groups.

Transportation

Yes. Pickup and drop services are available from Bagdogra Airport, New Jalpaiguri (NJP), Siliguri, New Mal Junction, Hasimara and nearby hubs.

Hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, MUVs, Tempo Travellers and larger coaches.

Yes. We work with experienced local drivers familiar with Himalayan routes.

Policies & Safety

Advance payment is strictly non-refundable. Any cancellation is subject to the applicable cancellation terms mentioned at the time of booking.

Yes. One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 180 days from the original travel date subject to availability. Rescheduling is not applicable during peak seasons, long weekends or holiday dates.

Guest safety is always our priority. Alternative routes, revised itineraries or suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever operationally possible.

No. Visibility of Mt. Kanchenjunga and snowfall depend entirely on natural weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

No. Travel insurance is not included in any standard CallingHills package. Guests are strongly advised to purchase suitable travel insurance independently before travel.

Carry valid government photo ID, warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, personal medicines, umbrella or rain protection, sunglasses, power bank and essential travel items.

Yes. CallingHills provides travel assistance and support throughout the journey.
