Our journey began from Dhotrey, a beautiful village surrounded by pine forests. The walk to Tumling was refreshing, and the first glimpse of the Sleeping Buddha range made us all speechless. At Tonglu, we stayed in a simple and warm homestay — the views and the local food were perfect.
